Hannah has experience advising on a broad range of complex and multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions across Africa, the Middle East and the UK. She works with a diverse client base, including major UK and international banks, specialist lenders, corporates, SMEs, founders and private clients, advising on both borrower and lender side financing matters.

Hannah holds an LLB from the University of Leeds, where she was awarded the DLA UK Prize for Law and Environment. She completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in 2011 and was awarded the Middle Temple Blackstone Entrance Exhibition Scholarship. Hannah subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2018 and is also an accredited mediator with the ADR Group.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Hannah held senior management positions with multinational retailers. She later trained at a leading US law firm before qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2021.
