Nicky Clench, based in our London office, is a French-speaking Legal Director specialising in cross-border personal injury claims. She has extensive experience representing European insurers in matters arising from accidents in the UK and abroad, navigating complex jurisdictional and applicable law issues with precision and skill. Nicky advises on complex jurisdiction issues and has successfully challenged claims leading to the English Court declining jurisdiction in a multimillion-pound case. 

Nicky has been praised for “setting out her advice and recommended strategy very clearly, and anticipating the problems which often arise in cross border cases”. Her European clients have described Nicky as being skilled in “explaining cases in in easy language which makes her advice accessible and understandable for non-lawyer foreign parties”.
