Tess Coiner is an associate in Clyde & Co's Orange County office whose practice focuses on civil litigation and liability defense. She represents businesses, property owners, hospitality companies, and insured entities in a wide range of litigation matters, including general negligence, premises liability, and personal injury. Tess advises clients throughout all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through mediation, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Tess defended restaurants, commercial businesses, and other corporate clients in high-exposure liability matters throughout California. Her experience includes representing clients in premises liability actions involving restaurants and retail establishments, catastrophic injury cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death litigation. This broad litigation background allows her to develop practical and effective defense strategies tailored to each client's objectives and risk profile.
