Regional experience
Full Profile

Will has over 9 years’ experience working on projects and disputes in the Middle East, and has assisted clients in relation to several high profile matters during his time in the region.

His contentious practice involves assisting clients with large, complex and high value construction disputes in litigation and arbitration. His non-contentious practice includes drafting / negotiating construction contracts and ancillary documentation for his clients, and advising on contractual / commercial issues as these arise. Sitting across both is his experience in providing project counsel assistance, which he has done in both the UK and UAE.

Will also shares responsibility for delivering the firm's Health & Safety offering in the Middle East, and advises clients on criminal / civil liabilities following a site incident or fatality. He has assisted several clients in relation to the criminal investigation process(es) that may follow, and spoken at leading industry events on these topics.

Prior to relocating in early 2016, Will trained and qualified with the firm in London. Time in the UK included a 5-month secondment to a leading UK-based contractor.
