Will acts principally for developers and has dedicated development related experience gained from this perspective. His expertise includes drafting and negotiating the many varieties of project delivery agreements with consultants and contractors as well as supporting the negotiation of the principal project level agreements with funders, landlords, advanced purchasers and tenants. He is well versed in the full range of procurement types adopted in this sector, together with the use (including amendment and negotiation) of the typical standard forms deployed (principally the JCT and NEC).

He also regularly advises on the management of contractor and consultant entitlements under the various contracts and provides early stage dispute resolution advice (up to and including adjudication relating to such claims) and other project management related queries at the construction phase of the project.
