Anna advises on non-contentious regulatory matters, with a particular focus on financial services, fintech and other regulated businesses operating across the Middle East. Her experience includes advising on regulatory perimeter issues, market entry and licensing requirements, digital asset frameworks, corporate structuring and ongoing compliance matters. She has worked with clients across the financial services, digital assets, fintech, insurance and payments sectors.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Anna was an associate in the Corporate Transactions team at PwC Legal Middle East, where she advised on cross-border M&A transactions, restructurings, JVs and regulatory aspects of transaction structuring. She previously worked within BlackRock's litigation department, supporting securities litigation, regulatory enforcement matters and funds-related legal and regulatory issues across the US, UK and EMEA.
Anna is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She holds an LLM Legal Practice Course with Distinction from BPP University and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow.
Anna is fluent in English and Hungarian.
