Charlotte defends professional negligence claims and also advises on coverage disputes. She is a member of the Professional and Financial Disputes team in London.  

Charlotte has acted on a wide range of insurance claims and disputes since qualifying in 2010, and has developed a broad practice acting for a wide range of professionals.  Her current practice focuses on claims involving D&B contractors, architects, cladding / external envelope specialists and other construction professionals.   Charlotte also has a vast experience of claims and coverage disputes involving solicitors, accountants, IFAs, and valuers / surveyors.  

Charlotte has experience of the professional indemnity market having undertaken a year long secondment at a major insurance company, as well as a secondment in the legal team of an accountancy firm.
