Chris is a healthcare lawyer at Clyde & Co’s offices in Edinburgh. He specialises in regulatory work representing professionals before their regulators including the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (GMC), Dental Professionals Hearings Service (GDC), Nursing and Midwifery Council, General Optical Council, Health and Care Professions Council, and the General Teaching Council for Scotland. He is a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
Chris also has a litigation practice which includes clinical negligence, product liability and personal injury actions raised in the Scottish courts and has dealt with claims of varying complexity and value. He also has experience in judicial reviews and data protection claims.
