Hassan has advised on a range of commercial and civil disputes, working with clients operating in the mining, oil & gas, financial services, education, and retail & consumer sectors. Hassan is a licenced solicitor in Ghana. 

Since joining the firm in 2023, Hassan has focused on commercial and civil litigation, providing legal services in various sectors. With strong interest in the energy sector (including renewables), Hassan is the author of “Ghana's Renewable Energy Act, 2011 (Act 832) and its Amendment,” which is published in the Legal and Regulatory Digest, International Perspective for Policy & Governance (IPPG), Accra, 2022.
