Jessica regularly acts on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions involving leading aviation market participants across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Her recent work includes advising on JOLCOs, airline financings, PDP and secured financings, lease transfer transactions and aircraft trading matters involving a range of international airlines, lessors and financial institutions.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Jessica practised in South Africa and remains qualified there, bringing with her experience of cross-border transactions involving both developed and emerging aviation markets.
Jessica combines technical aviation finance expertise with a practical, commercial approach to transaction management. She is trusted by clients to navigate complex negotiations, manage cross-border workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through to closing.
