Jordan represents clients on a wide range of files, including occupier’s and product liability, municipal law, property damage, personal injury, coverage issues, subrogated claims, and employment issues. With substantive courtroom experience, she has appeared before various levels of Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Advocating successfully for her clients, in addition to regularly obtaining settlement out of court, she has acted as counsel at complex jury trials, appeals, hearings, motions, and applications.
A committed member of the wider legal community, she acts as duty counsel with Pro Bono Ontario. Jordan has appeared in legal publications and has written on issues like the proper disclosure of evidence in affidavits of documents.
Jordan obtained her JD from Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. She joined Clyde & Co in 2021, after beginning her career at a boutique litigation firm.
