Drake Edward concentrates his practice on insurance coverage counseling and litigation under primary, umbrella, and excess liability policies. He specializes in biometric privacy and construction failure claims. Drake has experience in coverage analysis and position letter writing, and he also serves as monitoring counsel for environmental disaster claims.
Previously, Drake worked at a firm where he gained valuable experience representing insurance company clients in state and federal court throughout the country.
During law school, Drake served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Daniel J. Kubasiak on the Commercial Calendar in the Circuit Court of Cook County. During his time with Judge Kubasiak, Drake assisted in drafting opinions for the Court on breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and the False Claims Act.
