Jennifer Echegoyen

Jennifer Echegoyen’s practice focuses on litigating product liability disputes. Jennifer has experience handling all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, including jury trials and arbitration. She has experience with cases involving personal injury and property damage. In addition, Jennifer’s past experience includes representing property owners in unlawful detainer matters throughout the entire state of California. 

Jennifer previously represented corporations, small business owners, insurance carriers, and public entities in a range of general liability matters. Jennifer's wide range of litigation experience provides her with the means to analyze liability, develop defense strategies, and prepare cases for trial.
