Sandy Eloranto has been defending insurance companies and their insureds for over 20 years. For the last decade, Sandy has represented carriers in bad faith cases stemming from storm, fire, and water-related property damage in Colorado. She also provides pre-suit consultation to clients on property and other complex coverage disputes.
Before narrowing her focus to property cases, Sandy spent 15 years defending UM/UIM bad faith claims, pharmaceutical claims, and medical malpractice claims filed against doctors and hospitals. She has managed large E-Discovery productions, assisted clients in investigating potential fraud, and handled responses to subpoenas issued by the government.
