Sophie is specialised in insurance law. She has broad experience in complex claims handling and advises and represents clients of the insurance industry especially in Property, Liability and Financial Lines. Sophie advises insurers on all questions in insurance contract law and the laws on insurance mediation and assists insurers to implement new products or different distribution channels. In addition, she has developed particularly strong experience in insurance distribution law.
Sophie studied law at the University of Cologne and holds a LL.M. specialized in insurance law from the University of Münster. Prior joining the firm, Sophie worked for another renowned boutique law firm specialising in insurance law.
Sophie is admitted as a German Lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) since 2017.
