Farnoosh Faryabi is a senior trial attorney whose practice focuses on high-stakes construction and infrastructure disputes, complex commercial litigation, product liability, and corporate and shareholder disputes in state and federal courts.

Before her current role, Farnoosh spent nearly a decade at a business law firm representing and advising a broad spectrum of clients in Washington and California. Her extensive experience in complex business litigation has been instrumental in shaping her current practice. She has adeptly handled complex shareholder and partnership disputes, sophisticated contractual disagreements, and high-stakes cases involving fraud, deceptive trade practices, and breaches of fiduciary duty. 

Farnoosh’ s past experience also includes navigating the complexities of unfair competition claims, business disparagement, and trade secrets litigation.
