Dian Gu is a member of our FIDO/Professional Liability and Liability & Excess Coverage practice groups helping clients make sense of complex coverage issues and navigate risk with clarity and confidence.
Dian brings experience from the US District Court for the Central District of California, where she served as a Judicial Extern. During that time, she researched and drafted bench memorandums on a range of motions, including motions to dismiss and applications for default judgment. She also has a background in drafting complaint reviews and assessing compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules.
Her approach is detailed and grounded, working with clients to understand the issues from every angle and to move forward with practical and reliable advice.
Outside of work, she enjoys painting, junk journaling, and Pilates.
