Leonie Graham has been an Associate in the London Employment Team since September 2024, having completed her Training Contract at Clyde & Co between September 2022 and August 2024.
Leonie advises clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a range of sectors. She has particular experience supporting employers with workplace investigations and subsequent disciplinary and grievance processes, including matters involving allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing. Leonie also has experience in defending Employment Tribunal disputes involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as experience in High Court claims.
In respect of non-contentious matters, Leonie has experience conducting investigations, advising on policies and procedures, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, redundancies, terminations, settlements, DSARs, global projects, and supporting clients on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues.
