Aidan has experience working with clients in the projects, construction and real estate sectors.

Aidan is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales, having been called in 2020, and was later called to the Bar in Ghana in 2023. He graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018.

Prior to joining Legal Ink, Aidan worked as a clerk in the Accra High Court, where he gained experience in both the Financial and Economic Crime Division and the Lands Court.

  • Representing in a divorce and matrimonial proceeding successfully reaching an amicable settlement in a recent divorce petition.
  • Advising on garnishee proceedings, working to execute a judgment in favour of an international client against the government of Ghana for over GHS 17 million
  • Advising on legal opinion writing for applications for mortgage facilities.
  • Representing clients in land disputes, currently at trial for a number of ongoing cases involving both individuals and private companies.
  • Advising on legal corporate work, including company incorporation and the dissolution of trusts.
