Full Profile

Anna is an Associate in Clyde & Co’s Bermuda Form team, based in the London office. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, she has specialised in advising insurers on complex insurance litigation and international arbitration, with particular experience in Bermuda Form disputes, commonly involving New York substantive law and English arbitration procedure.

Anna acts for clients across the London, US and Bermuda markets on high-value coverage matters, particularly those involving mass torts, casualty, product liability and other excess liability exposures in the United States. Her practice includes extensive work on long tail and emerging risks, with experience spanning opioid related litigation, PFAS contamination, climate change related claims, Covid-19 business interruption disputes and other mass-tort events.

In addition to this, Anna is committed to pro bono work. She volunteers with AMICUS, assisting with appeals for individuals facing the death penalty in the United States, and supports Kids in Need of Defence UK, helping children and families with immigration and asylum applications to secure legal status.
