Ashley Hinton represents domestic and international insurers on liability and excess insurance coverage matters. She assists insurers in evaluating policy wordings, provides advice on insurance laws and regulations and represents insurers in insurance coverage disputes. Ashley also counsels claims professionals on losses arising from catastrophic events and provides excess monitoring advice, including for notices under the Bermuda form.
Ashley has particular experience with energy claims. She attended The Rig School through the University of Texas at Austin Petroleum Extension in 2015.
