Kevin advises individuals and businesses on matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Kevin’s breadth of experience means he can navigate complex issues with precision and efficiency.

Before joining Clyde & Co, Kevin worked at one of the country’s leading litigation boutiques, where he handled high-stakes commercial disputes nationwide. His work included representing both claimants and defendants in litigation involving patent infringement, natural gas gathering agreements, and qui tam whistleblower actions. These cases often carried exposure in the billions, giving Kevin a deep understanding of risk and strategy in critical disputes.
