Kevin provides detailed technical written and oral advice to General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers on some of the most complex and high value sanctions issues facing the London Insurance Market. These include high profile aviation, energy, trade credit, maritime, energy, telecoms and political risk matters.
Kevin has drafted sanctions expert testimony for High Court and arbitration proceedings and has addressed key sanctions and compliance forums.
