Acted for Owners in a suit against multiple ship suppliers involving claims for fraud and breach of director's duties in the Singapore High Court.
Acted for oil and gas traders in a suit against buyers concerning claims for loss of profits and loss of chance arising out of the buyer’s non-acceptance of cargo in the Singapore High Court.
