Grace Jennings focuses her practice on civil litigation, including liability defense and complex corporate disputes. Grace has successfully defended corporations of all sizes and structures in oil and gas, automotive, renewable energy, non-profits, and government contracting industries. Her experience includes all stages of litigation including pre-suit disputes, arbitration, motions practice, trial, and appeals.
In additional to her New Mexico and federal court practice, Grace practices on a majority of the pueblo and tribal courts in New Mexico and with the Navajo Nation.
Grace is experienced in working with both corporate and individual clients through all stages of litigation and prides herself on delivering the best outcome for her clients with an empathetic and understanding approach.
