Alistair Kinley is Director of Policy & Government Affairs at Clyde & Co, where he leads engagement with government, regulators and industry bodies across the UK and Ireland.
A recognised authority on civil justice reform and insurance legislation, Alistair is a regular speaker and commentator on legal, policy and procedural reform affecting the insurance sector, particularly motor and casualty risks.
He is a member of the Ogden Tables Working Party and a former member of the Civil Justice Council of England and Wales.
