Dilara advises clients across Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, and Africa, with particular experience in disputes arising in the oil and gas, construction, and international trade sectors.
Her experience includes advising clients – states, public entities, and private companies – at various stages of international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the major arbitration rules, including those of ICSID, UNCITRAL, and the ICC. Dilara also serves as secretary or assistant to arbitral tribunals in proceedings conducted under the ICC, SCC, LCIA, and DIAC rules.
Education
Dilara holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (2017) and a Doctor of Law degree from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (2015). Dilara also has extensive experience in various international moot court competitions, where she acted as a participant, coach and arbitrator.
