Hassan practices civil litigation, with a particular focus on insurance defence, professional liability and multi-party construction disputes.
He has appeared before the British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal, Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Hassan practiced at a regional insurance defence firm where he represented insurers, contractors and individuals in a range of complex disputes. He remains involved in the legal community, mentoring junior lawyers and articling students through the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association.
Hassan is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
