Full Profile

Helen joined Clyde & Co in 2014, having worked exclusively within the catastrophic injury field since 2009. She handles all aspects of high value personal injury litigation, acting solely for Insurers.

She has wide ranging experience across all aspects of Casualty and Motor claims. Helen advises on high value and technical claims involving complex liability disputes and significant future loss elements, to include spinal injury, brain injury and subtle brain injury, amputation, fatal accidents and chronic pain.

Helen has a special interest in the Serious Injury Guide and has written articles and delivered training to the personal injury industry on this subject. She is also involved in mentoring projects with key insurer clients and regularly delivers training on technical issues as well as softer skills.

Clients describe Helen as:

Thorough, seamlessly efficient and tenacious

Helen is pragmatic and just the right amount of diplomatic. She would never suggest compromising on an important issue, but neither would she recommend taking a point which would jeopardize a productive working relationship and drive up costs unnecessarily
