Ban Lahham

Ban is an England & Wales qualified Associate in Clyde & Co’s Dispute Resolution Group, based in Dubai. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Surrey in 2022. In addition to this, Ban holds a master’s degree in law from BPP University, in 2023.

Ban has experience supporting matters before the DIFC Courts, as well as disputes with cross-border elements across the GCC. She works on high-value, document-heavy matters and supports litigation strategy from early stages through to resolution.

Ban supports clients throughout the dispute lifecycle, including early case assessment, evidence and document strategy, drafting pleadings and correspondence, settlement negotiations, and post-judgment enforcement planning. She has experience advising clients across sectors including financial services, technology, and consumer and retail.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Ban began her career at a leading top tier law firm in the UAE.
