Full Profile
After working in the litigation & insurance teams of international and boutique law firms as well as for a private airport operator, Erwan returned in 2023 to Clyde & Co, the same firm where he completed his training as an élève-avocat in 2014.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, he holds an LL.M in European Commercial Litigation from Trinity College of Dublin as well as a dual Master and Bachelor in French and Spanish law from University Paris X Nanterre.
As a passionate sailor and certified sailing instructor, Erwan has a practical understanding of events at sea and yachting.
Erwan has been recognized a “key contact for his litigation experience” in the shipping sector in the 2025 edition of The Legal 500.
He speaks French, Spanish and English and is able to communicate efficiently in Portuguese.
