Faatima has experience in insurance, personal injury and medical malpractice claims. She is familiar with litigation in both the High Court and the Magistrates Court. 

She has assisted clients with medical advice, regulatory advice and assistance in matters involving the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

Faatima also has experience in dealing with requests for patient medical records and ensures that these requests are POPIA compliant. 

Apart from the experience in the healthcare sector, Faatima also has knowledge in the insurance-based sector. Faatima has been involved in matters  including coverage advice, litigation, and advice in relation to policy-wordings. 

She has been exposed to claims pertaining to personal injury, professional indemnity and product liability and specialises predominantly in public liability matters.

  • Actively involved personal injury matters pertaining to motor vehicle accidents, slip and trips, unlawful arrests and electrocutions.
