Hannah Lee focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, warranty, premises liability, toxic tort, and construction defect. Hannah has conducted all phases of litigation, including initial factual investigations, developing case strategy, depositions, written discovery, motion practice, oral argument, witness preparation, expert depositions and trials. From high-profile catastrophic injury cases to large-scale warranty matters, she brings a strong background of focused experience to her clients within the automotive, consumer, and chemical product industries to achieve favorable outcomes in complex and consequential litigation.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Hannah concentrated her practice on automotive product liability and warranty litigation and has tried three catastrophic injury and warranty cases to verdict as second chair.
