Imène is an associate in the Montréal-based team dedicated to cybersecurity incident response. She also advises clients on cyber risk insurance coverage.
She joined Clyde & Co in 2026 following her experience at the Gallant Commission, where she practiced as a lawyer, after she interned at a litigation law firm providing services in the field of insurance law. In addition, Imène has experience in technology transfer.
Imène holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine from the Université de Montréal, as well as a combined Bachelor of Laws and MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke. At the intersection of law and innovation, she has a particular interest in technology-related issues and privacy law.
