Matthew deals with litigated and pre-litigated claims of property damage, disrepair, cavity wall insulation, private nuisance, contractual disputes and subrogated recoveries. He also advises significant insurers on policy indemnity.
Matthew regularly delivers training for major insurers on developments in property law.
