Prin's expertise focuses on complex construction and infrastructure disputes, including multi-party and cross–border litigation and arbitration. 

He has been involved in a wide range of high-profile and technically complex construction matters in Thailand and across the region, acting for employers, main contractors, subcontractors, insurers and reinsurers.

His practice encompasses construction and engineering disputes arising from major infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects, with particular experience in delay and disruption claims, defective works, design and engineering liability, variations and FEWOs, termination disputes, quantum and prolongation claims, and multi-tier subcontractor disputes.

He regularly advises on disputes involving construction and Industrial All Risks (CAR/EAR) policies and related project insurance issues. He has also represented client from the advisory to the litigation stage involving multi-billion-baht construction projects. His representation results in a favourable court judgments and arbitration awards for the client in dispute arising from large-scale infrastructure and industrial developments, including claims exceeding THB 1 billion.
