Tessa Leonard is a Consultant in our Manchester office, and she specialises in real estate and development. In her tenure, she has worked with national and entrepreneurial developers, local authorities, government agencies and investors.
She provides comprehensive legal services for developers and investors throughout the life of projects. This includes dealing with site assembly, set up, forward funding, lettings, profit-sharing arrangements and sales.
She has special experience in facilitating and delivering new commercial accommodation and dwellings, particularly brownfield sites. She has worked for a number of years in-house at a unitary authority with responsibility for legal aspects of regeneration and infrastructure projects.
Tessa prides herself in understanding the constraints and challenges that public bodies face. She is also confident in devising structures that allow public-private enterprises to thrive.
