Full Profile
Adam Masef focuses his practice on property coverage cases. Adam has handled lawsuits involving residential and commercial claims, including claims for water, fire, and windstorm losses, stucco claims, claims for damage to business personal property, and equipment breakdown claims. He has also advised coverage on large commercial property losses and commercial general liability matters. Adam’s experience also includes handling subrogation matters involving property losses from damage utility lines. He has also presented to insurance companies on the topic of ensuing loss provisions under property policies.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Adam was a Senior Associate at a national civil litigation firm specializing in insurance coverage matters. Before entering private practice, Adam was an Assistant Section Chief/Deputy Attorney General in the Community Affairs, State and Elections Section and a Deputy Attorney General in the Banking and Insurance Section at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Division of Law. His experience includes litigating complex insurance fraud and regulatory enforcement matters on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
