Ailie is a Senior Associate in the Property team at Clyde & Co's Edinburgh office, having joined the firm in April 2025.
She advises clients on complex policy coverage issues and represents insurer clients in a wide range of property damage disputes. Ailie brings over a decade of experience in commercial litigation and regulatory matters, with extensive experience of both litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Ailie was a senior lawyer at the UK Anti-Doping Agency, where she was involved in high-profile regulatory enforcement, which strengthened her expertise in handling technically challenging disputes and navigating regulatory frameworks with precision.
Ailie is known for her strategic approach to dispute resolution and her ability to understand and advise clients on technically challenging matters.
Outside of her legal work, Ailie is a dedicated triathlete and long-distance runner. She is passionate about advocating for access to sport, and is an active member of Women in Sports Law.
