Full Profile
Prior to joining Clyde & Co in Hong Kong, Alice completed her training contract with Clyde & Co LLP in London and spent six months on secondment with a global insurance client.
As a member of Clyde & Co's Professional and Financial Disputes Department in Hong Kong with a focus on professional negligence insurance, she regularly advises on claims under D&O, professional indemnity and other financial lines policies involving England & Wales and Hong Kong. In particular, she has experience in advising defended Insureds in claims for alleged negligent provision of professional services.
Alice also advises Insurers on policy wording and on a wide variety of complex policy coverage issues within the insurance sector in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
In addition to England and Wales, Alice is also qualified to practice in Hong Kong.

- Assisted with advising local and international institutions, including architectural and engineering firms, in a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes.
- Assisted with advising defended Insureds in claims for alleged negligent provision of professional services.
- Assisted with advising clients on claims under D&O, professional indemnity and other financial lines policies.
- Assisted with advising clients from the Big Four accounting firms on multi-jurisdictional auditor's negligence claims and regulatory investigations.
- Provided detailed coverage analysis on a wide range of claims, including a number of block notifications, late claims and mitigation of loss claims.
