Alyce is an Associate in the Employment Team in our Manchester office, and has been with Clyde & Co since August 2019.
Alyce’s work includes defending employers on the handling of Employment Tribunal proceedings, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Alyce also has experience of working on an injunction. In relation to non-contentious work, Alyce has been involved with advising employers on various employment processes, including disciplinary and grievance issues, capability and performance, redundancies and sickness absence procedures, as well as Data Subject Access Requests.
In addition to Tribunal and advisory work, Alyce is involved with assisting clients with preparing and implementing policies, procedures and contracts.
Prior to qualifying into the Employment Team, Alyce gained experience in complex Marine and Healthcare litigation acting for large insurers.
Alyce is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
