Cody Marshall

Cody Marshall is a member of the firm’s Trial & Defense practice group and his practice focuses on products liability, toxic tort, general liability, and premises liability matters. Cody represents clients in high-exposure cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury in federal and state courts nationwide.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Cody represented airlines and airports in tort litigation and advised businesses in a broad range of commercial disputes.
