Hélène Maurice is a civil litigation lawyer whose practice is primarily focused on complex professional liability, general liability, product liability and construction law matters. Her practice also includes insurance coverage and insurance litigation.
She has represented clients before Quebec trial courts as well as the Court of Appeal and assists them at every stage of the litigation process, from risk assessment and defence strategy development to dispute resolution.
Hélène joined Clyde & Co in 2026 after practising for more than five years at a leading regional law firm, where she developed a practice focused on civil litigation, liability and insurance law. This experience enabled her to build strong expertise in managing complex, multidisciplinary matters, often involving significant technical, contractual and insurance-related issues.
