James Moffitt concentrates his practice on representing domestic and international insurers in high-exposure, complex insurance coverage disputes arising under various liability policies.
James' experience includes managing a caseload of over 200 matters for a variety of national and multinational corporations involved in asbestos litigation. He has defended and attended more than 30 depositions. James has participated in multiple heavy motions practice. These include motions for summary judgement, in limine, application of foreign law, and forum non conveniens motions.
