Her experience includes assisting local and international companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate advisory matters. She has worked with clients operating in the education, healthcare, infrastructure, insurance and reinsurance, trade and commodities, real estate and technology sectors. 

Jana is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the German University, Cairo, Egypt in 2024. 

Jana is fluent in Arabic and English.
