Justine is an Associate practicing in the insurance and reinsurance sectors in our Johannesburg office. She obtained her Bcom Law and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2022. Justine started her articles with us in 2020.
Justine advises major South African insurers with regards to coverage, liability and litigation relating to claims instituted against insureds seeking indemnity from their insurer. Justine has experience in general insurance and reinsurance litigation with a focus on products liability, professional indemnity and public liability insurance claims. She also has knowledge in, and has advised clients regarding COVID-19 business interruption claims.
