Kimberley is a senior associate based in Aberdeen. She has specialised in regulatory work, particularly health and safety, environmental and road traffic matters, for over 10 years. 

Having been based in Aberdeen for over ten years, she has experience of complex oil and gas cases but her work spans across all industries from care to construction and agriculture to transport (road, marine). She has appeared in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, both with and without Counsel. She also regularly instructs some of the most renowned health and safety experts in the country.

She is regarded as a true specialist in the field of health and safety and was recently ranked as a recommended individual in Health and Safety in Scotland in the Legal 500 directory as well as being a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association.

• Providing advice to a manufacturer following a fatal accident involving an elderly patient falling from a hoist in a care home
• Providing advice to a transport company following a fatal accident involving a lost load during transport
