Marta joined Clyde & Co in April 2018, after spending her previous career years at the Litigation & Arbitration departments of two major national law firms.
Marta focuses on litigation, including both domestic and international claims, and actively deals with litigious and non-litigious proceedings. She particularly focuses on the areas of insurance coverage disputes, construction, product liability, energy, fires, machinery breakdown, fraud, tort law and professional liability. She advises clients at the pre-litigation stages and on out-of-court settlements.
Her experience in dispute resolution includes not only litigation but also monitoring international claims and working with lawyers and experts from other jurisdictions.
