Pam is an Associate in the Coverage, Specialty & Reinsurance team in the Johannesburg office since 6 June 2022.
Pam’s experience in litigation has largely been in professional liability litigation where she acted for legal practitioners, medical professionals and healthcare facilities on the instructions of their insurers in legal actions and in complaints brought before their respective statutory regulators by clients and patients. Pam has also acted for various insured motor vessels in litigations and arbitrations in the maritime / admiralty industry.
Pam has extensive experience in public liability / personal injury litigation where she has acted for retail establishments and municipalities in claims brought by members of the public. Pam has been involved in disclosure review work having been part of a team which reviewed an excess of 130 000 documents for an arbitration in the UK.
