Sharon MacArthur-Powell is a partner in our London office. She specialises in defending high-value employers' liability and public liability claims.
Sharon is equipped to handle even the most delicate of matters. She has handled a wide range of cases throughout her career, including policy and contractual indemnity issues, fatalities, head injury, and amputation cases.
She has a particular interest in complex causation issues and chronic pain cases. She has developed an expertise in dealing with claims for personal injury in the railway industry.
An expert in her field, Sharon also provides in-house training to insurers on a variety of topics and is the editor of the PI Weekly Review.
